Job Description: Lab Technician – Pathology Laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform laboratory tests and examinations as per established SOPs.
- Ensure proper transportation, storage, handling, and preservation of specimens.
- Report any discrepancies or ambiguities to the Section In-Charge.
- Perform quality control checks as per departmental guidelines.
- Maintain laboratory documents and records accurately.
- Maintain environmental and refrigerator temperature records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and biomedical waste disposal as per safety guidelines.

Requirements:

- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in relevant field, DMLT/MLT or equivalent.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and specimen handling.
- Attention to detail and adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
