Blue Era Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. operates in the infrastructure and construction sector, with business activities including Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), stone crushing, aggregate supply and civil construction works.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage the company's financial operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting and internal controls. Candidates with experience in the construction or infrastructure industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting and Financial Management

- Oversee accounting operations and preparation of financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Review project-wise expenses, profitability and cost control.

2. Taxation and Compliance

- Handle GST returns, reconciliations and input tax credit.
- Manage TDS, income tax returns and applicable statutory filings.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and financial assessments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial and company regulations.

3. Construction and Project Accounting

- Manage project-wise accounting for civil construction, RMC and stone crusher operations.
- Review work orders, purchase orders, contractor bills and running account (RA) bills.
- Monitor supplier invoices, material purchases, diesel expenses and machinery costs.
- Track project profitability, outstanding payments, advances and working capital.

4. Financial Controls and Reporting





- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Establish internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with management, accountants, auditors, banks and tax consultants.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and cost management.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Chartered Accountant.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, audits and financial reporting.
- Practical experience with Tally ERP 9/TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of working capital and financial management.
- Construction, infrastructure, RMC or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
