Key Responsibilities

1. Swimming Training

- Conduct swimming classes for hotel guests, children, and members.
- Teach basic swimming techniques, strokes, breathing, and water safety.
- Provide individual coaching based on the swimmer’s skill level.
- Supervise swimming practice sessions at all times.

2. Pool Safety

- Ensure the safety of all swimmers inside and around the pool.
- Never leave swimmers unattended during coaching sessions.
- Enforce pool rules and prevent unsafe activities.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR if trained.
- Ensure lifesaving equipment is available and accessible.

3. Swimming Pool Maintenance and Cleanliness

- Carry out daily pool brushing and suction cleaning as assigned.
- Ensure the pool area, deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas are clean.
- Check and report water quality, clarity, and any unusual conditions.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Department for water filtration, pump operation, and chemical treatment.
- Report equipment defects, leaks, and other maintenance issues immediately.

4. Daily Operations

- Ensure the pool is ready before opening hours.
- Maintain attendance records and swimming class schedules.
- Monitor the proper use of pool towels and equipment.
- Ensure all pool equipment is stored safely after use.
- Coordinate with the Security, Housekeeping,



and Engineering teams when required.

5. Discipline and Teamwork

- Follow the hotel’s grooming, uniform, attendance, and hygiene standards.
- Complete all assigned duties, including cleaning and pool maintenance tasks.
- Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Do not refuse reasonable duties assigned by management.
- Report any safety concerns, guest complaints, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

6. Reporting and Accountability

- Maintain daily pool inspection and cleaning checklists.
- Report equipment shortages, damages, and maintenance requirements.
- Inform management of any accidents, rule violations, or operational issues.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed and verified before signing off duty.

Important Rules

- No sleeping or resting in the pump room or other unauthorized areas during duty hours.
- No smoking or use of prohibited substances anywhere on hotel premises.
- No leaving the pool area unattended while swimmers are present.
- Pool brushing, suction cleaning, and other assigned duties must be completed as scheduled.
- Any difficulty performing an assigned task must be reported to the supervisor immediately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
