Job Description –Production Engineer- Pre-Assembly

Designation : Pre-Assembly Production Engineer

Educational Qualification : BE / DEEE

Experience : Preference: Production field in sheet metal line experience

5 to 8 yrs Experience in relevant field

Location : Chennai

Gross Salary : 27K to 30K

· Maintenance of drawing for all machining components & Fabrication components

· Monthly planning

(a) Machining Components

(b) Fabrication Components

· Job allocation / monitoring for in-house processes

· Sub-contracting plan execution/ monitoring

· Documentation of the process through Tally software & Ms-Excel.

· Maintenance of Machines

· Stock maintenance of MOQ Fabrication items

· Maintenance of cleanliness of the shop floor.





· Regular feedback on Fabrication / Machine technical issue to D & D

· Any other work assigned from time to time.

· Meeting monthly targets for Fabrication / Machining, both in-house & Outsource

· Complying with Quality requirements of the products

· Continuous improvement of production process including cost effectiveness

· Document control of the in-house & outsource process.

· Maximize employee productivity & employee morale

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
