Job Description – Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Relationship Manager to manage property listings, coordinate site visits, assist prospective buyers, and maintain accurate client and property records. The role focuses on property management, client coordination, and supporting the property sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Property Management: Maintain updated property details, pricing, availability, photographs, and listing information. Ensure properties are accessible and presentable before scheduled visits.
- Site Visit Coordination: Schedule property visits, confirm timings, plan visit schedules, and accompany prospective buyers to show them around the properties.
- Client Relationship Management: Handle incoming enquiries, understand client requirements, share suitable property details, and provide professional assistance during property visits.
- Lead Follow-up: Contact prospective buyers after site visits, collect feedback, assess their interest, and coordinate further discussions with the management team for serious prospects.
- CRM & Documentation: Update client information, property details, call outcomes, site visit schedules, and follow-up status in the CRM and Excel sheets.
- Listing Management:



Update property listings on the company's website and relevant real estate portals to ensure accurate and current information.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare reports on enquiries, calls, follow-ups, site visits, and other assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Robust coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property transactions.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and property portals.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and scheduled site visits efficiently.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Reporting Structure

The Relationship Manager will report to the management team and coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth property management and client handling.

Role Objective: To provide a seamless property viewing experience, maintain accurate property information, and support the conversion of prospective clients into successful property sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
