We are looking for a Tally Telesales who can handle customer calls, follow up with clients, and assist with basic Tally-related queries and accounting coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with customers.
- Explain Tally software and its basic features to potential clients.
- Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Follow up on inquiries, demos, and sales opportunities.
- Assist customers with basic Tally-related queries.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Tally and accounting.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
