Mecatredz Softwares and Innovations Private Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced GDA (General Duty Assistant) / Emergency Care Assistant Trainer to deliver quality healthcare training to students. The ideal candidate should have relevant healthcare industry experience, training experience, and the ability to provide both theoretical and practical instruction.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical training for the GDA (General Duty Assistant) / Emergency Care Assistant course.
- Train students in basic patient care, personal hygiene, infection prevention, and patient safety.
- Demonstrate basic emergency care, first aid, patient handling, and vital signs monitoring, as applicable to the approved course curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, progress reports, and other training documentation.
- Conduct practical assessments and evaluate students' learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with the prescribed training curriculum, quality standards, and centre guidelines.
- Support students in developing the professional skills required for healthcare and patient-care roles.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

- Medical Graduates: MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS.
- Nursing Graduates: Ph.D. in Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.




- Diploma in Nursing: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
- Other relevant healthcare qualifications may be considered, subject to applicable training-sector norms and course requirements.

Experience Requirements

- For GNM Diploma Holders: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of relevant healthcare industry experience and 1 year of training experience.
- For Other Eligible Degree Holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of relevant healthcare industry experience and 1 year of training experience.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of healthcare practices and patient-care procedures.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
- Student assessment, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to quality training.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in healthcare training institutes, hospitals, skill development projects, or vocational training centres will be preferred.
- Experience in government-sponsored skill development projects will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable delivering both classroom and practical sessions.
