1.) Plant Commercials & Cost Accounting

- Product Costing: Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) costing and track variance analysis (Standard vs. Actual).
- Inventory Control: Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods turnover; oversee periodic physical stock verification at plants.
- Overhead Control: Track and optimize factory overheads, power costs, and labor productivity metrics.

2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation (Indian Context)

- GST Management: Ensure flawless filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9/9C; optimize Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
- Direct Tax & TDS: Oversee timely deposit and filing of TDS/TCS returns, Advance Tax computations, and Tax Audit documentation.
- Factory Compliance: Ensure financial alignment with the Factories Act, ESI, PF, and local qualified taxes.

3. Working Capital & Funds Management

- Cash Flow Optimization: Manage daily liquidity to support continuous production cycles and raw material procurement.
- Receivables (AR): Monitor credit periods for distributors/dealers and drive timely collections to minimize aging debt.




- Payables (AP): Optimize vendor payment cycles to leverage cash discounts while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

4. Financial Reporting & Audits

- Monthly MIS: Deliver timely Month-End closing reports, plant profit-and-loss statements, and operational KPIs to management.
- Statutory Audits: Lead the preparation of financial statements under Ind AS / Indian GAAP and manage relationships with external auditors.
- Fixed Asset Register: Maintain an updated Fixed Asset Register (FAR) tracking depreciation as per the Companies Act, 2013 and Income Tax Act.

5. Budgeting & Strategic Support

- Annual Budgeting: Formulate annual plant budgets and quarterly forecasts aligned with production capacities.
- CAPEX Evaluation: Conduct financial viability, ROI, and payback period analysis for new machinery or plant expansions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
