Role Overview:

We are seeking a Techno-Marketing Manager who will act as the technical interface between engineering teams and defence customers.

The role involves preparing technical proposals, leading system-level demonstrations, supporting field trials, and engaging with customers during evaluation and procurement processes.

The candidate will work closely with R&D;, engineering, and business teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused solutions and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Proposals & Tender Support

 Prepare technical proposals, techno-commercial proposals, and tender responses for defence projects.

 Review RFPs, RFIs, and tender specifications and ensure compliance with technical

requirements.

 Coordinate with engineering teams to gather system specifications, performance parameters, and technical inputs.

 Develop technical documentation, presentations, and system capability briefs.

2. System Demonstrations & Field Trials

 Lead and support system-level demonstrations of EW systems, radars, and counter-UAS

solutions.

 Coordinate with technical teams during customer demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and field evaluations.





 Ensure s y s t e m readiness and assist in setup, configuration, and validation during

demonstrations.

 Analyze trial results and prepare technical evaluation reports.

3. Customer Engagement & Technical Discussions

 Act as the front-end technical representative during customer meetings and discussions.

 Interact with defence customers, government agencies, and system integrators.

 Conduct technical presentations and product briefings for customers and stakeholders.

 Capture customer feedback and communicate requirements to internal teams.

4. Product Positioning & Solution Development

 Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using existing or upcoming products.

 Work with engineering teams to define system configurations and solution architectures.

 Support product positioning for defence programs and technology demonstrations.

5. Internal Coordination

 Collaborate with R&D;, engineering, testing, and program management teams.

 Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and business teams.

 Support project teams during customer acceptance testing and integration activities.

Minimum Service Agreement:

 24 months’ service for below 3 years’ experience candidates.

 12 months’ service for above 3 years’ experience candidates.

- Payroll will be managed through a third-party partner.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
