About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Leader / Tech Lead specializing in the telecom core networking domain. This is not a general software development role; we need a seasoned Java expert who can both architect high-performance backend systems and lead a dynamic team of developers.

In this role, you will design and build low-latency, scalable microservices that power advanced 3G, 4G, and 5G telecom networks—specifically focusing on policy and charging control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Real-Time Data Processing: Utilize Kafka for high-volume, real-time event streaming and Redis for ultra-low latency caching.
- Domain Expertise: Drive development for telecom core network systems, applying strong knowledge of 3GPP standards, PCC, PCRF, and PCF architectures.
- Team Management & Mentoring:



Guide and mentor software engineers, assign daily tasks, plan sprints, and monitor end-to-end delivery performance.
- Code Quality & Optimization: Conduct rigorous code reviews, resolve complex technical roadblocks, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.

Mandatory Requirements & Skills

- Total Experience: 7 to 10 years of software development experience.
- Core Technologies: Strong, hands-on production experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Up-to-date Architecture & Tools: Practical implementation experience with Kafka, Redis, and Microservices architecture.
- Domain Experience: Proven background in Telecom Core Networking (3G / 4G / 5G) and 3GPP specifications.
- Policy & Charging Exposure: Hands-on knowledge or deep exposure to PCC, PCF, or PCRF policy and charging systems.
- Location & Availability: Must be currently based in Bangalore (near MG Road) and available as an immediate joiner.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
