Job Title: PCG Advisor – Private Client Group

About the Role

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd is hiring a PCG Advisor for the Private Client Group in Mumbai. In this role, you will manage HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices by providing customized wealth management, investment advisory, and equity broking services.

Key Responsibilities

- Trading & Dealing: Execute trades on behalf of clients with strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and risk management policies.
- Portfolio & Client Advisory: Acquire and service portfolios for HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices. Offer investment advisory across equities, mutual funds, PMS, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
- Portfolio Reviews: Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide actionable advisory based on market trends and client return goals.
- Cross-Selling & Revenue: Drive cross-selling of third-party wealth products to enhance client wallet share and consistently achieve revenue/activation targets.

Role Requirements

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
- Mandatory Certification: NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification.
- Experience:



3+ years of experience in broking, dealing, and wealth management handling HNI/UHNI clients and family offices.
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience in trade execution, order punching, derivatives, options, and cash market trading.
- Robust track record in HNI client acquisition through referrals and relationship management.
- Proficiency in trading platforms, advisory tools, and portfolio analytics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
