Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day BPO operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and manage operational teams to achieve business targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with training, quality, and other support teams to improve operational performance.
- Prepare performance reports and share regular business updates with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Quick Commerce industry is mandatory.
- Prior experience in BPO operations or team management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of operational KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Ability to manage teams and deliver results in a rapid-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working remotely.
