We are looking for confident, energetic and target-oriented Telecallers / Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team in Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
* Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services.
* Explain our services and packages to prospective clients.
* Identify customer requirements and business needs.
* Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
* Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
* Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
* Build good relationships with prospective clients.
What We Are Looking For
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
* Ability to generate leads and identify potential clients.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
* Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
* Experienced candidates with telecalling, sales or lead-generation experience are highly preferred.
