Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Leading BIW Welding Fixtures Automation Design.
- Automation Scope/Architecture Finalisation with Customer.
- Planning of Welding Fixtures Automation.
- Automation Scope/Architecture Finalisation with Suppliers.
- Coordination with Automation suppliers.
- Regular Coordination with Mfg Team for Automation activities.
- Manufacturing Approvals with customer.Automation/PLC Troubleshooting at Installation.
- Valuable knowledge of Automation ( pneumatics, PLC and Hydraulics, SCADA,VMS.Active participation TPM.
- Active participation in quality system (ISO documentation

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma; Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics; Diploma in Electronics

General Experience

5-10 Years
