Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruitment Executive with experience in hiring, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various job openings.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from clients or internal hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and support offer rollouts and joining formalities.




- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong knowledge of candidate screening, resume shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on timely closures.
