We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to drive occupancy and accelerate revenue growth across our properties. In this role, you will be the face of our community, engaging with business owners, managing inbound leads, conducting professional space tours, and converting potential prospects into long-term members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Identify and map out potential commercial clients in Ahmedabad's major business hubs (IT agencies, pharmaceutical firms, textile traders, and startups).
- Inbound Conversion & Community Tours: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries. Conduct enthusiastic, skilled physical property tours showcasing premium amenities (high-speed Wi-Fi, conference facilities, cafes, 24/7 access).
- Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Pitch customizable pricing plans (day passes, dedicated seats, custom enterprise configurations) and handle objections smoothly to close deals.
- Broker & Channel Partner Management: Network and collaborate with local commercial real estate brokers and consulting channels to keep the inventory pipeline moving.
- Onboarding Support:



Collaborate with the Center Manager and Operations Team to ensure seamless onboarding, legal GST setup, and account structuring for new corporate occupants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduation or equivalent degree required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of active B2B sales experience. Prior experience selling flexible layouts, office leasing, or premium hotel memberships is highly preferred.
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Ahmedabad's major business corridors (S.G. Highway, Prahlad Nagar, Vastrapur, Bodakdev).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati is a distinct advantage.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving licence and a two-wheeler for field outreach and multi-site client presentations.
- Attributes: High levels of grit, emotional intelligence, neat presentation, and an customer-first mentality.
