Job Summary:
We are looking for an MBA – Marketing professional to support business growth through market research, customer acquisition, lead generation, digital marketing, and relationship management. The candidate will identify new business opportunities and help develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage customer relationships and understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to meet customer needs.
- Prepare marketing reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and business plans.
- Manage social media, email marketing, website,



and other digital marketing activities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Track marketing KPIs such as leads, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue.

Required Skills:

- MBA in Marketing / Business Management.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of sales and business development.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Good MS Excel / PowerPoint skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
