Position: Telecaller / Collection Executive
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact customers regarding pending loan payments and outstanding dues.
* Explain payment options and assist customers with suitable repayment solutions.
* Follow up on assigned cases and maintain proper call records.
* Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
* Coordinate with the team for case updates and customer follow-ups.
* Maintain professional communication with customers.
Eligibility:
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Good communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Hindi/English/Marathi preferred.
* Candidates willing to work with targets are preferred.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
