Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) in a banking process.
In this role, you will interact with customers over calls, understand their banking and financial needs, and suggest suitable banking products and services. You will also help customers with their queries, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Promote banking services, credit cards, loans, insurance, and other financial products, as applicable.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products according to customer needs.
- Maintain customer information and interaction records in the CRM system.
- Build solid customer relationships and support customer retention.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while following banking policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation in any stream except B.E./B.Tech.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (0–3 years).
- Age: 18–30 years.
- English: Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Additional Language: Proficiency in any one of Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable with banking sales and cross-selling targets.
