Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling, business development, and team management skills, with a proven ability to achieve recruitment targets, convert hiring requirements into successful closures, and generate revenue for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations, and closures.
- Drive recruitment targets, client requirements, placement closures, and revenue generation.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Understand client hiring needs, negotiate commercial terms, and convert requirements into revenue-generating assignments.
- Manage recruitment pipelines,



monitor team productivity, and ensure timely delivery against client requirements.
- Lead and guide recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
- Track key business metrics, including CV submissions, interviews, offers, joinings, client conversions, and revenue.
- Develop recruitment strategies to improve sourcing efficiency, placement ratios, and profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–6 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing business models.
- Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and generate revenue.
- Experience in client acquisition, business development, and account management is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong ownership, commercial awareness, and a target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
