An HR Manager oversees an organization's human resources department, managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and compensation strategies to align workforce operations with business goals.

Core Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from workforce planning and job postings to interviews, selection, and onboarding. • Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee communication, resolve workplace conflicts, and handle disciplinary or termination procedures. • Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to local and national employment laws, regulations, and company policies. • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking to retain top talent. • Performance & Training: Manage performance appraisal systems and coordinate professional development or training programs. • HR Analytics:



Monitor key HR metrics to provide data-driven insights on retention, engagement, and productivity.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
