About the Role

Osmic Technologies is hiring HR Interns in Jaipur to support our internship program and campus placement drives. This is a hands-on HR internship for freshers and students who want real experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and college relations. Women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end internship hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding interns
- Plan and coordinate campus placement drives with colleges and universities in Jaipur and Rajasthan
- Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and college coordinators
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and job portals
- Shortlist resumes, conduct telephonic screening, and follow up with candidates
- Maintain HR records, candidate databases, and MIS reports in Excel / Google Sheets
- Handle intern attendance, documentation, offer letters, and certificates
- Support employer branding through social media and college events
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administration

Who Can Apply





- MBA (HR), BBA, BCom, BA, or any graduate / final-year student interested in Human Resources
- Freshers welcome – no prior experience required
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email
- Confident, organized, and comfortable speaking with students and college staff
- Candidates based in or near Jaipur (Gopalpura, Tonk Road, Mansarovar, Durgapura, Malviya Nagar) preferred
