Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support to manage day-to-day IT operations, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT support activities .
- Coordinate with vendors for IT services, repairs, and maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Monitor IT requests and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and IT tools.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
