Position :: # Microsoft 365 / SharePoint MSP Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft MSP Engineer to work as a dedicated resource supporting a multi-company Windows and Microsoft 365 setting. The role requires strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint expertise along with hands-on IT administration, troubleshooting, security, and integration experience.

# Key Responsibilities

- Administer Microsoft 365 including users, groups, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, role/access changes and Move/Add/Delete requests.
- Administer and optimize SharePoint sites, permissions, taxonomy, automation and workflows.
- Manage and troubleshoot cross-tenant Microsoft 365 and SharePoint access across multiple companies.
- Handle Windows devices, application installation/conflicts, printers, scanners and general IT troubleshooting.
- Manage Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access and security policies.
- Manage endpoint security, EDR, OS/application patching and device security.
- Manage Microsoft 365 backup for Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive, including restore testing.
- Manage domains, DNS and email deliverability requirements.
- Support VoIP/3CX administration, including user provisioning and removal.
- Build and maintain API-based integrations and automations between existing business systems; custom software development is not required.




- Track software/license usage and maintain IT systems and technical documentation.
- Manage support tickets according to defined SLA and severity levels.
- Assist with ongoing IT projects and maintain the organization's IT roadmap.

# Required Skills

- 3+ years of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint administration.
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and PowerShell.
- Experience managing multi-tenant/cross-tenant Microsoft environments.
- Experience with Windows endpoint management, security, EDR and patch management.
- Understanding of DNS, domains, email authentication/deliverability and networking.
- Experience with workflow automation and API-based system integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and client communication skills.
- Fluent in English – written and verbal.
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple IT requests and projects.
- Previous MSP experience is highly preferred.

# Work Requirements

- Full-time dedicated role working with the client's extended team.
- Must be available WFO - 4 Pm to 1 pm IST
- Must be comfortable working directly with U.S.-based stakeholders and end users.
