Position: Social Media Management Intern

About the Role
The Social Media Management Intern will support Questorik's digital presence through research, content development, platform management and performance tracking.
The intern will work on live content and campaigns while gaining exposure to how a consulting and learning organisation communicates complex ideas digitally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social media content planning and execution
- Research topics, trends and relevant industry conversations
- Develop content ideas for posts, reels, carousels and other formats
- Write captions and short-form social media content
- Support content calendar management and publishing
- Coordinate with design and video teams
- Monitor basic engagement and content performance
- Assist with community and platform management
- Support campaign research and execution
Skills & Requirements
- Interest in social media, marketing and content
- Strong written communication skills
- Good research ability
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively
- Relevant projects, internships or work samples are preferred

- Someone who asks questions, researches deeply and wants to understand the idea before creating the post
- Comfortable contributing ideas rather than only executing assigned tasks

What Questorik Offers
You will not spend the internship doing one small part of social media. You will work across research, content, campaigns, storytelling, strategy and execution through live projects. You will explore subjects ranging from business and psychology to leadership, organisational behaviour and human behaviour. The internship gives you room to contribute ideas, experiment with communication and understand why content works, not just how to publish it.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
