- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for Fire Fighting systems.
- Review drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications.
- Estimate costs for fire hydrant, sprinkler, piping, pumps, valves, and fittings.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and rate analysis.
- Prepare tender submissions and techno-commercial proposals.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in FF estimation and tendering, preferably in MEP contracting.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and NBC/NFPA standards.
