We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong hands-on experience in:
* Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
* PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & other compliances
* End-to-End Recruitment
* HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
* Payroll Inputs & HR Documentation
*Employee Relations & HR MIS
Qualification: Graduate / MBA – HR preferred
Candidate Profile: Strong communication, positive knowledge of HR compliance, recruitment, and HR operations with the ability to independently handle HR responsibilities.
