About Snakory

Snakory is a growing Indian D2C brand specialising in premium Saudi dates, dry fruits, nuts, and related products. We serve customers across India through our e-commerce website, WhatsApp, and digital marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Hindi Speaking Sales & CRM Executive to manage customer enquiries, convert leads into orders, and support our daily e-commerce sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming WhatsApp enquiries generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertisements.
- Communicate confidently with Hindi-speaking customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Explain product quality, pricing, offers, payment options, and delivery details.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Assist with repeat customer sales and approved promotional follow-ups.
- Verify customer addresses, confirm orders, and coordinate dispatch with our operations team.
- Monitor courier tracking, delivery issues, and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Maintain daily reports of enquiries, conversions, orders, and pending follow-ups.

Requirements





- Fluent Hindi speaking and typing skills are mandatory.
- Good customer communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using WhatsApp Web and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations professionally.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, customer relationship management, or e-commerce sales is preferred.
- Malayalam and English communication skills are an advantage.
- Candidates willing to learn our products and sales processes are welcome.
