Job Title: Cook / Kitchen Staff

Reports To: Store Manager / Kitchen Supervisor

1. Job Summary

Responsible for preparing food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, handling kitchen equipment safely, and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are followed at all times.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food according to company standards and recipes.
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, cooking area, and utensils.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about required materials.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment after use.
- Support other kitchen team members whenever required.
- Follow company rules, policies, and instructions from the reporting manager.

3. Qualifications and Experience

- Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations.
- Previous experience as a cook or kitchen helper is preferred.




- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a team and manage kitchen tasks efficiently.

4. Skills Required

- Cooking and food preparation skills.
- Time management and teamwork.
- Cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Responsible handling of kitchen tools and equipment.

5. Working Conditions

- Working Days: Daily work is required, and weekly offs will be provided as per company policy and operational requirements.
- Food & Accommodation: Food and accommodation will be provided as per company requirements.

6. Performance Expectations

- Maintain food quality and consistency.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Complete food preparation on time.
- Reduce food wastage and follow stock-control procedures.
- Comply with company policies and safety standards.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
