Hotel 91 is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Corporate Sales to strengthen our corporate business in Gurugram and Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in hotel corporate sales, an established network of corporate accounts, and a proven ability to generate room nights, long-stay, group and MICE business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new corporate accounts across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
- Generate business for corporate room bookings, long stays, groups, meetings and MICE.
- Conduct regular sales calls and face-to-face meetings with Corporate Admin, Travel Desk, Procurement and HR teams.
- Manage existing key accounts and increase business production.
- Negotiate corporate rates and annual contracts.
- Participate in corporate RFPs and hotel empanelment opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales call reports, weekly business updates and monthly sales forecasts.
- Identify new business opportunities and competitor accounts.
- Work closely with Reservations,



Front Office and Operations teams to ensure smooth handling of corporate guests.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
- Candidates currently working as Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive may apply.
- Experience with boutique, business or mid-scale hotels will be preferred.
- Candidates from brands such as Lemon Tree, Radisson partner hotels, Sarovar, Regenta, Golden Tulip, Fortune or similar hotels will be preferred.
- Must have a good network of active corporate accounts in Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Should be target-oriented and comfortable with extensive client meetings and field sales.
- Good understanding of corporate rates, RFPs, MICE and hotel room sales.

Preferred Experience

Hotel Sales: 4+ years
Corporate Sales: 3+ years
Gurugram / Delhi NCR Market: Preferred

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
