We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented **HR Talent Acquisition ** to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions across India.

**Role:** HR – Talent Acquisition
**Qualification:** Graduate; MBA in HR preferred
**Salary:** ₹30,000 per month (in-hand) + PF & ESIC
**Joining:** Immediate joiners preferred
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions across India.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage hiring requirements for multiple store locations.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth onboarding.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition or retail hiring preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
