We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Cafe Helper / Fresher to support our daily cafe operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness, serving customers, and supporting kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth functioning of the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe (tables, counters, wash area, etc.)
2. Assist in serving customers (water, food items, order delivery)
3. Follow KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) instructions and assist staff accordingly
4. Provide basic support to kitchen and service team
5. Ensure proper storage of raw materials (FIFO method to be followed)
6. Handle waste management and ensure timely disposal of garbage
7. Assist in opening and closing duties of the cafe
8. Maintain polite and qualified behavior with customers
