SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER Band: ₹ 40,000–50,000/month Experience: 4–8 years Reports to: Design Lead (Ar. Nishtha Kandoi) Role Owns the design development cycle on luxury projects — moodboards , material stories, design development, GFC checking and 3D coordination — so projects move from concept to execution- ready without the Design Lead in every detail. Client-facing role. Key Responsibilities – Create moodboards , concept narratives and material palettes (stone, veneer, fabric, metal, craft) per project brief. – Develop designs from concept through design development; select materials, finishes and FF&E; within budget. – Check GFC drawings prepared by draftsmen for design intent, dimensions and buildability before issue. – Brief and review the 3D visualiser — camera views, lighting, materials — until renders are client-ready.



– Integrate Indian craft elements ( thikri , araish, blue pottery, inlay, jaali) as curated signatures, not themes. – Present to clients, record decisions, and audit execution at finishes stage (flooring, ceiling, joinery, paint). Requirements – Degree/diploma in Interior Design or B.Arch; 4–8 years with luxury residential or premium commercial work. – AutoCAD compulsory; SketchUp ; Revit a plus; strong material and vendor literacy (laminates, veneers, stones, hardware brands). – Can independently run 2–3 projects in parallel; solid presentation and client communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
