We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Business Development Executive specializing in Driver & Business Onboarding to join our growing team. Responsibilities

- Identify potential driver and business partners through targeted outreach and market research.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to present onboarding opportunities, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, training, and integration support for new drivers and businesses.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures, improve processes, and enhance partner experience.
- Track progress using IT tools, update CRM systems regularly, and prepare reports on onboarding activities.




- Organize schedules effectively to maximize outreach efforts while managing time efficiently across multiple locations.

Skills

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; comfortable traveling frequently within assigned regions.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development with a focus on onboarding new partners or clients.
- Excellent customer service orientation combined with clear, professional communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and basic data management software.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, demonstrate active listening, and handle objections constructively.
