SG Swim School seeks a qualified Competitive Swimming Performance Coach to train swimmers for district, state and national competitions.
Requirements
- Regular NIS Diploma in Swimming from SAI/NSNIS
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- National-level swimming achievements preferred
- Competitive coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of strokes, starts, turns, race strategy and performance training
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured training sessions
- Improve technique, fitness and race performance
- Prepare swimmers for competitions
- Track progress and maintain athlete safety
