Laurus Education is looking for an enthusiastic Junior LMS Officer to support our Moodle and Canvas learning management systems.

You'll work alongside an experienced LMS Manager, develop practical technical skills and gain exposure to an international education workplace.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and maintain online course pages in Moodle and Canvas.
- Upload learning materials, assessments, videos, documents and other digital resources.
- Assist with student enrolments, user accounts and access permissions.
- Help students and trainers resolve basic login, navigation and course access issues.
- Check course content for accuracy, broken links and missing resources.
- Generate routine reports and maintain accurate LMS records.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex problems.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of our digital learning platforms.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; motivated fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
- A diploma, degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic familiarity with Moodle, Canvas or another learning management system.
- Good computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a customer-focused approach.
Nice to have:
- Experience in education administration or digital learning support.
- Familiarity with uploading online learning content.
- Basic knowledge of SCORM or HTML.
