Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all resort departments.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling.
- Support HR policies, staff welfare, and performance management.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or MBA in HR / Human Resources.
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations and recruitment.
- Hospitality or resort industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR practices.
- Ability to work independently in a resort environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
