We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Handle accounts receivable and monitor customer payments.
- Conduct bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations regularly.
- Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits by preparing schedules, reports, and supporting documents.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and provide financial data for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.




- Assist Senior Accountants and Chartered Accountants in financial analysis, advisory assignments, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal control procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, and government authorities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), (M.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Payment Receivable.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or financial reporting.
