Position: Export Manager with Government Project

Location: Chimbli Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: 30,000 to 50,000 PM

Job Description

Government Projects, Tender Work, Export Coordination, Documentation.

Handle export/import documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/AWB, COO, Insurance, Bill of Entry, etc.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, customers, suppliers, and banks.

Manage LC, DP, DA, advance payment, export bills, import bills, and bank documentation.

Ensure compliance with DGFT, RBI, FEMA, Customs, and Foreign Trade regulations.

Monitor export shipments, import clearance, export proceeds realization, and import payment settlements.

Maintain shipment-wise records and ensure timely documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

Ensure accuracy of HS Codes, Incoterms, values, quantities, and shipping details.

Minimize documentation errors, delays, penalties, and demurrage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
