Qualification: I.T.I / PLUMBING EXPERIENCE

Experience: Should have atleast 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Job Summary: Plumbers install and repair appliances and water supply/disposal systems in facilities. Work activities include diagnosing problems, cleaning pipes, making fixtures, performing repairs, and answering to customer inquiries.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for handling day-to-day complaints regarding maintenance.

· To follow-up planning schedule of preventive maintenance and co-ordinate building all sanitary fittings.

· To check the water level FIRE, RAW, TREATED and terrace water tanks water maintained properly.

· To maintain all rest rooms and in case of replacement of plumping items.

· To attend daily briefing meeting and weekly maintenance meeting.

· To carry out work as directed.

· To carry out shift duties, split shifts or when called upon to perform odd duties whenever a person of the same category trade falls sick,



is on vacation or absent from duties and or as called upon to do so from time to time as directed by the seniors.

· To repair and attend troubleshooting in case of motors and bore well.

· To conduct routine scheduled inspection and supervise the cleaning program.

· To check hot water systems and tanks conditions and pipelines

· To check all sewage, waste pipe-line any blockage.

· To check metro water connection and water in flow.

· To check rain water tank and if collection of rain water to be filter and pumped to raw tank.

· STP treated water to be using of our common toilets flushing.

· Carryout any other job as and when assigned by the reporting authority.

· To participate and contribute to department and Organization quality initiatives.

· To be aware of departments performance and objective.

· To adhere to the safety norms of the Hospital, follow both patient and Staff Safety rules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
