We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to manage paid advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and optimize campaign performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, and conversions.
- Optimize budgets and advertising strategies.
- Manage multiple client accounts and coordinate with clients.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple clients and advertising budgets.
