We are expanding our team and looking for experienced, bilingual commercial insurance professionals who can communicate confidently with business owners, generate new business opportunities, and assist clients with their commercial insurance needs.

Commercial insurance experience, an active and applicable insurance license, and fluency in both English and Spanish are mandatory for this position.

Compensation & Pay Scale

This is a commission-based opportunity, NOT a salaried job.

- No fixed monthly salary.
- No guaranteed hourly wage.
- Commission-based earning potential.
- Additional performance incentives or bonuses may be available, subject to the applicable compensation agreement.

Pay Scale: Commission rates and applicable incentives will be discussed during the interview and confirmed in the written agreement. Actual earnings depend on the agreed compensation structure and individual performance.

Candidates must be comfortable working without a guaranteed salary.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities may include:

- Making outbound calls to trucking companies, fleet owners, and business owners.
- Generating new commercial insurance leads and business opportunities.
- Communicating with prospects in both English and Spanish.
- Identifying customer needs and qualifying commercial insurance prospects.
- Discussing commercial insurance products and coverage within the scope of your license and authorization.
- Following up with prospective and existing clients.




- Scheduling consultations and coordinating with the insurance team.
- Managing prospect information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Building professional relationships with commercial trucking and transportation businesses.

Mandatory Qualifications

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

- Commercial insurance experience is mandatory.
- An active insurance license appropriate for the role and applicable jurisdictions is required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Experience with commercial auto, trucking, or transportation insurance.
- Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and fleet operators.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or client relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and computer-based business tools.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
- Self-motivation, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
