Job Description

Hanok International is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in Indore.

In this role, you will connect with potential clients, understand their investment requirements, and introduce them to exciting Dubai real estate investment opportunities. We welcome both experienced sales professionals and freshers with excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling and outbound calls.
- Connect with prospective clients and identify their property investment needs.




- Present suitable Dubai real estate projects and investment opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients and maintain relationships.
- Schedule meetings and property discussions.
- Handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and convert leads into successful deals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and lead records.

Requirements

- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and handling outbound sales.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to achieve sales goals.
- Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in real estate, telesales, B2B/B2C sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong English communication and sales potential are welcome to apply.
