Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region, including Indonesia, India, and other APAC markets. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience hiring technical professionals, and the ability to coordinate with candidates and clients across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for clients across the APAC region.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Recruit for technical roles such as Java, .NET, Golang, Python, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and feedback with clients and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases,



recruitment trackers, and timely hiring updates.
- Coordinate with candidates and stakeholders across different time zones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other APAC languages is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for contract and permanent IT positions.
- Familiarity with APAC hiring markets, salary benchmarks, and notice periods.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
