Job Title: Plasma Sales Specialist – Erectile Dysfunction (Direct-to-Consumer)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Plasma Sales Specialist to sell our advanced plasma-based therapies and treatment packages directly to men seeking solutions for erectile dysfunction. You will engage individual customers (patients), educate them on the benefits of our plasma treatments, guide them through the consultation and purchase process, and help them take the next step toward improved sexual health and confidence.

This is a direct-to-consumer role focused on building trust with end customers—not selling to clinics or doctors.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and engage potential customers interested in plasma-based ED treatments through inbound leads, outbound outreach, digital channels, events, and referrals.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations (phone, video, or in-person) to understand each customer’s needs, concerns, and goals.
- Clearly and compassionately explain how our plasma therapies work, expected benefits, treatment process, pricing, and what to expect.
- Overcome objections, answer questions, and guide customers toward booking consultations or purchasing treatment packages.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and conversion goals.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent follow-up and support.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with patient coordinators, clinical staff, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, clinical results,



and best practices for discussing sensitive men’s health topics.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in direct-to-consumer sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, medical treatments, or high-ticket services.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to discuss sensitive topics (such as erectile dysfunction) professionally, empathetically, and without judgment.
- Comfortable working with individual customers rather than businesses.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a commission-driven environment.
- Excellent listening and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally if required for in-person consultations or events.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience selling men’s health, sexual wellness, regenerative therapies, or medical aesthetic treatments directly to consumers.
- Experience handling high-ticket sales or treatment packages.
- Background in patient consultation, wellness coaching, or customer success roles in healthcare.
