We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Associate to drive sales, acquire new customers, and support the overall growth of our women’s wear luxury brand, which designs and sells outfits through its online platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve business targets.
- Acquire new customers and improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
- Work with the team to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor key business metrics and implement strategies to improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of customer acquisition, sales strategies, and online business growth.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with an interest in women’s fashion.
Key Objective
The primary objective of this role is to grow the business by increasing sales revenue, acquiring and retaining customers, and building sustainable growth opportunities for the brand.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
