Role Overview:
We are hiring an AI-first creative specialist to own our end-to-end video production pipeline. You will research social trends, write original screenplays/storylines, and build highly engaging short and long-form videos for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Write compelling scripts, hooks, and stories for social media.
Generate high-quality visuals using advanced text/image-to-video AI tools.
Edit and polish raw assets using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
Maintain visual consistency, fix AI artifacts, and handle audio/text syncing.
Requirements:
Expertise in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
Proven skill with AI video tools (Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.).
Solid narrative writing skills tailored for high social media retention.
Must work on-site in Kolkata.
