Roles & Responsibilities
- Explain program details, fee structures, eligibility rules, and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of leads, daily calls, conversions, and enrolment data using a database.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in questions from prospective persons.
Requirements
- Excellent communication.
- Experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage.
- Valuable in handling people & grievances.
- Fresher’s & any graduates can apply.
Work Timing: 8.30 AM – 4.30PM
