Training & Stipend Structure

- First 2 Months: Free professional training
- Month 3–6: Stipend-based training
- Grade A: ₹12,000/month
- Grade B: ₹10,000/month
- During Months 3–6, candidates will get an prospect to work on live National and International projects.
- After successfully completing the 6-month training, candidates will move to the regular employment phase.

Regular Employment Salary

B.Tech Civil Engineering

- Grade A: ₹16,000/month
- Grade B: ₹15,500/month
- Grade C: ₹14,000/month

M.Tech Structural/Civil

- Grade A: ₹21,000/month
- Grade B: ₹20,000/month
- Grade C: ₹19,000/month

Important Terms

- 18-month service agreement, effective from Day 1
- Candidates must bring their own laptop during the training period.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
