Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to supervise housekeeping operations, road cleaning activities, and site maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, experience in manpower handling, and the ability to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards at the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily housekeeping and road cleaning operations.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, road sweepers, cleaning workers, and other site personnel.
- Prepare daily duty rosters and allocate work according to site requirements.
- Monitor cleanliness of roads, pathways, public areas, and premises.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, tools, and materials.
- Maintain attendance records, shift schedules, and daily work reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work quality meets client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and company management.
- Handle manpower shortages, staff discipline, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and report operational issues to management.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, road cleaning, facility management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Previous experience managing cleaning staff and large teams.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations and meet cleaning targets.
- Basic knowledge of attendance management, reporting, and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site and manage shifts as required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in housekeeping contracts, municipal road cleaning, industrial cleaning, commercial facilities, or large-site maintenance will be preferred.
